The Ruffle Apron
Because we love to look pretty while cooking in the kitchen, this apron satisfies every girl's need for ruffles. It is a full apron that goes to the knee, with adjustable neck and waist ties. Once it was made, I tried it on and immediately wanted to make it again, except as a dress {teaser}.

ReplyDeleteadorable. does it come in maternity sizes? j/k ha ha i want to have a sewing party...maybe after i move and have more room!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love it. I want it
ReplyDeletePick me.
ReplyDeleteI would not be sad if I won this. I need an apron because my sister has been borrowing my clothes and asked why there are stains on most of my clothes. I am pretty sure it is because I cook without an apron.
ReplyDeleteI love it!!!!! I definitely need this apron! amandavoelker@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteSO.... does approaching 50 years of marriage give any clout to the contest? After that long, one does need a new apron, however, one does not cook as much as one used to.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, maybe the apron will make one LOOK like I still cook as though I had 5 children.
Cool tip to coax hubby (arriving home from work) into thinking you've been cooking all day and dinner is nearly ready.... Put an onion in the oven. Be sure to turn the oven on! And VIOLA... the house smells like dinner!.
Side note: I still have the 1/2 apron I made in Jr. High School over 50 years ago. It' green waffle pique with white ric rac. (a little hole here or there, but sweet memory of the "required" sewing class that began my life-long sewing passion.
Fun blog.
